ICST Enterprise Developers is a business development service provider. We are partners of the International Labor Organization (ILO) to implement their Business Management programme dubbed Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB). Our Capacity is over 100 Trainers and more than 10 Master Trainers.

The Start & Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme with an estimated outreach of over 15 million trainees worldwide.
has a continuously growing network of more than 25,000 trainers and 350 Master Trainers in over 5,000 partner institutions.
SIYB has now been translated into more than 40 languages and introduced in more than 100 countries with a tremendous success rates in all the countries in which it has been introduced.

ICST Enterprise Developers are specialists and licensed Business Development Service providers by the International Labor Organization. Our main programme is the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB). Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) is currently the largest business management training programme globally with a focus on starting and improving businesses as a strategy for creating more and better employment for women and men. SIYB is for potential entrepreneurs who want to start an innovative business and for existing entrepreneurs who want to improve their business.

Our Services
Training of Potential and Existing Entrepreneurs
The certified Trainers under the programme, train Potential and Existing Entrepreneurs. ICST has over 150 trained and certified trainers directly and a pool of over 800 trainers in the country who can be subcontracted for more capacity.
Printing and distribution of ILO-SIYB Manuals
SIYB is a manual based programme. ICST Enterprise Developers has been licensed by the ILO to print and distribute the training materials. We run a printing firm that does the work with excellence and perfection.
Coaching of Small and medium Enterprises
The SIYB Programme has a component of coaching and mentorship using the available materials.
Training of Trainers
We train, equip and certify potential trainers who can train others too. We currently have 20 Master Trainers affiliated to the organization who are fully certified and licensed by the ILO to Train trainers.

Past Perfomances
ILO Public Private Development Partnership (PPDP) – ICST in partnership with the ILO-PPDP trained 28 trainers on the SIYB programme drawn from different organizations as follows; Internal Labor Organization (PPDP), SINAPIS Training Programme, Ustadi Foundation, Kajiado County Government, Federation Kenya Employers, Central Organization of Trade unions, Ewaso Ngiro South Development Authority (ENSDA).
ICST have trained 23 lecturers from the School of Business and Entrepreneurship and 50 associates of the university at Training of Trainers level.
ICST has been contracted by capital strategies Ltd to coordinate Kitui County business mentorship programme under the Equity Group Foundation business mentorship programme funded by Master Card. We have so far supported 240 small and medium enterprises through the mentorship programme in the county.
Aquaculture Business Development Programme funded by IFAD –ICST has been subcontracted to implement training of trainers for by the SIYB Association of Kenya under the Aquaculture Business Development Program (ABDP) which is a Government of Kenya (GOK) program and funded International Fund for Agriculture (IFAD).
